Very amiable and helpful staff and relaxing hotel.

everything was perfect - central location and terrific service. comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom and an individual safe, air conditioner, and a sofa bed in the room. lots of brilliant options for meal. location just off restaurants, the town of fira, and fira shops and restaurants. also, far away from center or other poi. what a very pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble.

The value for money at Aelia Luxury Suites was excellent and the room was spacious and well-maintained. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to all parts of the island, and the staff treated us with utmost professionalism and hospitality.

The menu for breakfast could have been more varied to cater to different preferences.

The room is decent sized and stylish, it comes with hair dryer, a hot jacuzzi, for instance. There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The personnel is amazingly attentive and caring, and the atmosphere is quiet.

I had an unforgettable stay at a beautiful new facility run by a friendly and helpful family. The room was stunning with thoughtful touches for our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. I highly recommend their suites.

While the location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, we found that renting an ATV was a more affordable way to get around the island. Additionally, some amenities were lacking and cleanliness could be improved.

Wow, the staff at Aelia Luxury Suites truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. From carrying our luggage to cleaning the hot tub daily, they didn't miss a single detail. They even arranged taxis for us whenever we needed. The room was stunning, with much-needed air conditioning, and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices. a perfect 10 out of 10 for us.

But I have to mention one incident that really disappointed us. When we checked out, a woman accused us of burning a blanket with an iron, even though we didn't use the iron at all.
